These terms govern the customer’s purchase and use of goods and services on this website, which are provided by Tangar Technologies AB (559122-9231) Rosenlundsgatan 40, 11853 Stockholm, hereinafter referred to as the supplier. The terms apply to all sales by the supplier to the customer, as long as nothing else has been agreed in writing between the parties.
1. Product, price and delivery
We offer smart name tags that help you recover your lost items by allowing the finder to scan a QR code and contact you anonymously. Our adhesive name tags stick to most materials and are perfect for clothing, gadgets and exercise equipment.
When a customer places an order, a confirmation is sent to the email provided at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the information about goods and prices is correct for the goods that the customer intends to order. An order becomes binding when it is registered on the e-commerce site. The supplier has the right to change prices and conditions without notice. The price stated at the time of ordering applies. The supplier reserves the right for obviously incorrect prices. Orders placed outside office hours or during weekends are processed the next working day. Delivery times are subject to change without prior notice and price changes that are not due to errors do not retroactively affect orders already placed.

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. The price of the item is clearly stated at the order button. Free shipping for letters sent within EU.
2. Discount codes
If the customer uses a discount code, the specified discount code must be entered in the discount code box at checkout, if the customer does not enter the discount code and pays full price, no refund will be made. If the discount is provided via a link, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the discount is deducted at checkout. The discount is not shown if there is no item in the checkout.
3. Disclaimer
The supplier invites the customer to be aware that the color rendering on the website may differ from the actual product due to differences in computer monitor settings. The supplier reserves the right for any inaccuracies in the information presented on the website.
4. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are tailored or special ordered, such as personalized items. All products sold on this website are specially adapted to the customer’s wishes, whereupon the purchase cannot be undone. The product can be complained about if it contains errors. It is not possible to change the product’s design or stop after an order has been placed, as production is started immediately after the order is placed.

5. Warranty
Our goal is for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase that it meet customer expectations. To this end, both the website and the labels are continuously refined.
The most common reason for complaints is that it is used incorrectly. The name tag should be attached to a smooth surface, on the laundry tag for clothes. Attaching it directly to cotton will not work. Contact us if you are not satisfied with the product.

It is important that you carefully check your goods on receipt to ensure that they are not damaged or faulty. 8. Disputes and Laws
Swedish legislation shall be applied to all purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions. Disputes about purchases linked to these terms and conditions shall apply Swedish law and be exclusively tried through simplified arbitration in the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
9. Force Majeure
The supplier is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the supplier’s control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government regulation, technical problems, errors in electricity/telecommunications/data connections or other communications, and errors or delays in services from subcontractor due to circumstance stated here. These circumstances shall constitute a basis for exemption which entails exemption from damages and other penalties. Should any such situation arise, the supplier informs the customer partly at the beginning and partly at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both the customer and the supplier have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
10. Personal data processing
In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, the supplier will process the customer’s personal data, in accordance with current personal data legislation. What information is handled by the supplier is described in the company’s Privacy policy.
11. Copyright
All content on this website belongs to the supplier or partners to us and is protected by, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark law. This means that trademarks, company names, images/graphics, design and layout and all other content on this website may not be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without this being specifically agreed upon through written permission from the supplier.
