How big are the name tag stickers?
The name tags are 28 x 13mm.
To which countries do you ship your products?
We ship to all countries in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How long is the delivery time?
In most countries in the EU, the stickers are delivered to your mailbox within 10 days. In Sweden, the delivery time is normally 7 working days.
I want to order the same stickers as I had in my previous order. What should I do?
The confirmation e-mail, which was sent to your e-mail address at the time of the order, contains a link to order more of the same stickers. It's important that you check the design before ordering more to see if there have been any changes since the last time.
Can I change the text on the stickers I just ordered?
No, after the order has been placed, they automatically go directly into production and unfortunately cannot be changed
I have not received the stickers that I ordered. What should I do?
Your order is normally sent within 5 days within Sweden. Postage is then about 1-2 days. Should you not receive your item within 10 days, it is good if you contact us. Deliveries outside of Sweden may take longer than 10 days.
Do the name tags contain Phthalates or BPA?
No, the stickers do not contain Phthalates or BPA.
The stickers come off. What should I do?
The most common cause is that they are not attached correctly or a location that causes them to wear/tear away.
To avoid this, you should follow these instructions:
- Attach the name tag to a dry and clean surface.
- When marking clothes, they must be attached to the care advice label. Not directly on the garment. Then wait 24 hours before washing.
- When marking items to be washed in a dishwasher, wait 24 hours before washing.
- The stickers can withstand 60°C (140°F) washing, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer. Wait 24 hours, from the time you attach the patch to the first wash or dishwashing.
Should you still have problems with the product, we will be happy to help you. On such occasions, we will request a delivery of the sticker you want to complain about and make an assessment. Contact customer service for address and procedure.
What materials do the stickers attach to?
Attach the stickers to a clean and dry surface. They work excellently on materials such as:
- Washing instruction label for clothes - not directly on the textile
- Plastic
- Glas
- Metal
- Leather
- Rubber
- Wood
Can I change the message that appears when the QR code is scanned?
Yes, log in to your account and select "My name tags". If you do not have an account, you can create one
here by adding a password to the email address you used when making the purchase.
